You are right!
Driving for dollars definitely does work!
But, if done wrong it will waste your time, energy and resources! You don’t just jump in your car, go for a random drive and literally look for the money tree…
The key is to be intentional in your plan and expectations and be prepared. You have to GET OUT OF YOUR CAR to maximize this easy marketing strategy and you must be ready to take a photo, leave a note and talk to the neighbors.
When you follow this process it works well!
