Subject to deals allow you to invest using other peoples Assets by buying a house and taking over the payments direct from seller. This strategy works well for sellers needing debt relief and allows you to invest for cash flow without needing to go get a new mortgage at the bank. Lease options allow you to control houses without owning them The option gives you the right, but not the formal obligation to buy. You control the house which allows you to rent it out and create cash flow monthly on the spread between what you owe and what you collect.
