Curb appeal is a critical component when you are ready to sell a house. This is true for retail sellers and for investors looking to fix and flip houses. It does no good to clean up the inside and totally ignore the exterior!
Adding color, cleaning up the yard, raking the leaves and making the exterior look magnificent may not sound like fun but it will help you sell your house.
