About our guest:

Tom Olson is an investor working in the greater Chicagoland area.  He has been in the real estate business for over a decade, having bought and sold over 1,000 houses…… 250 of those properties were high end rehabs. Tom is looking to double his numbers in the next several years. In addition to looking for deals, he offers real estate coaching for the new investor and a flip management program for those looking for profit but without the hassle. Prior to branching into real estate, Tom has been in the construction industry for over 15 years.

In Tom’s words, he “is in this business to give my family a better life, as well as fund social works around the world. I am a strong Christian, and as such, I believe in sharing the blessings you have with those who are less fortunate”.
