That is part of our strategy and our overall buying formula that allows us to get great deals and buy discounted homes. There are a number of items you need to check off when finding and working with contractors to protect yourself and your investment.   2. Hi Jim, great presentation, I have found if you supply the materials most contractors will add extra to the contract to compensate the loss in markup of materials.
    Keep up all the really good advice and training.
